Constance O'Day-Flannery's first few time swept books were awesome. Loved the 2nd book with the marlboro man. My only complaint and it's a big one is why are they not available for kindle. I have a copy of each but they won't last forever. These books are worth reading over and over and would be wonderful to have in my kindle forever. I can't be the only one who feels this way. I am willing to spend the money again on these great books it's a win win for all

WOW!!! i wasnt really into reading when i was a teenager until my sister gave me this book to read and i am thankful every day for that so many too many yars later LOL ive read this book over the years again and its still my favorite thankyou!!!!!
Fantastic story great read!
This is the first book I have encountered by "Constance", and I am ecstatic I did. A wonderful time-travel romance that changed the heart of a romance novel skeptic (such as myself).

After this, I will be looking forward to obtaining more, if not all, of her novels.
Read this book years and years ago. Loved it then. Loved it now. Wished the author had written so many more time-travel books. Thank you seller for making this book available.
I read this probably about 18 years ago or such; I loved it. It was my first time-travel romance novel that I had ever read. I continued to purchase the O'Day-Flannery books. I devoured them. I loaned this one out around 16 years ago. I forgot to whom I loaned it, and it was never returned. Therefore, I purchased it again. I've read many other books with similar themes, but they have never compared to (this first) O'Day-Flannery read!
I have asthma and had to spray this down with 90% proof alcohol in between all pages, the covers and the binding and still had an asthma attack. Otherwise not bad condition, albeit the print was a little faded from my spraying alcohol on the pages and the age discoloration. But the book is fantastic!
I do not normally read Time travel romances, but gave it shot because of all the great reviews. This was a very good book.

The positive for me The Hero loved him. It felt like he jumped off the page, he was so well written. The supporting cast of characters really brought the story to life for me; they were so perfectly drawn out. She handled the issue of the hero owning slaves quite nicely (remember this is a fictional story).

The negative for me The heroine jumped from strong woman to adolescent child a little too much for me, but because of her circumstance within the story I looked past it and still thought she was likable. The story line revolving around the villain(s) was weak and was resolved to easily.

All and All a well written book that brought tears to my eyes during the epilogue and who's characters are still with me weeks after finishing. I would recommend this book.
