I loved both characters in this story. I loved that Kimber was a feisty, ballsey woman and a mechanic of Harleys. Throttle was of course bad ass, gorgeous, sexy and way past chauvinistic alpha male just waiting to be captured, heart and all. The mystery, intrigue and suspenseful plot was frightening and I loved every second. Can't wait for Rock's story next, as well as all of the books about my INSURGENTS.

I'm pretty sure this is my favorite Insurgents book. I have to admit that I could not remember for the life of me who Throttle was when I started reading this book, nor did I have very high hopes for him for some reason. And then, surprise!!! I loved both Throttle and Kimber. He was a total manwhore, then he meets Kimber and is impressed, but for all the wrong reasons. She is a mechanic at Hawk's shop, and he can't believe that Hawk would let a woman handle the brothers' bikes. They end up attracted to each other, and in a relationship, then she ends up with a stalker on her hands, and he helps her out. All in all, it was great and light hearted, good read )
I really enjoyed this book. Throttle is a quite the male chauvinist especially when he meets Kimber, a female mechanic working on the head of the Insurgent's MC bike. It's funny how he's so pissed off but can't stop talking about her or thinking about her.

Kimber's been a part of the biker world for a while having been an "old lady" for a guy in a rival biker club. She escaped his reach when he started hitting her. She refuses to get involved with another biker guy.

In the meantime, there's a peeping Tom in the area, who's stepping up his game from peeping Tom to killing women.

Will the peeping Tom get Kimber? Will Kimber and Throttle be able to overcome there preconceived notions about each other? Read to find out. An intense novel, but you must like the way of biker clubs to enjoy this book. If biker boys and their bad ways aren't your cup of tea, skip this one. However, if you like the bad boy biker, grab this book!
Ok, I must say I love this series and each story in it. But by far this one is my favorite of them all. I live all the guys in the club. But Throttle is truly a bad a**. He is alpha, strong protective, hard, sexy and just completely HOT. Kimber was different from the beginning. I could totally relate to her working and doing a job that is dominated usually only by men ( I worked in a factory of all men me being the only female on the floor. It wasn't always easy). Kimber is strong, feisty, doesn't take sh** from anyone even if it is a biker. And she is independent.

It was great fun to see the changes in them both from the beginning of the book to the end. I must say that when it came to the happenings going on I had three suspects. I live that I was kept guessing until the end.

I will say their was on point on the rode trip, ok twice, that I gasped at said out loud " oh sh**!!!" I was expecting something but when what happened happened I was still caught of guard. I loved and hated the build up. Lol.

So by far this is my favorite of all the books. It had me the whole time. Kudos to Ms. Wilder. You did a great job. I would recommend this book and series to others.
I loved Throttle and Kimbers story.

He is a hardass, sexist single male that beds every woman with big breasts that crosses his path.

When he meets Kimber and finds out that she is a mechanic he is livid. Livid that a woman is in a man's world doing a man's job.

Only problem? He can't get her out of his mind and he is so attracted to her he doesn't know what to do with himself.

Once he kisses her that is it for him. He is hooked. She is all he thinks about and wants.

Problem? Kimber was involved with a biker and it didn't go well for her. She ran away from him after he used her as a punching bag. She doesn't want to get involved with a biker again. However, Throttle is like a drug that she can't get enough of.

When she is attacked Throttle is beside himself and moves in with Kimber to look after her. They get their HEA.

Well written, fast paced, action packed. A definite winner!!
This is a tough one to review. I could not stand Throttle...almost did a DNF at 18%. I love this series and find Ms. Wilders writing entertaining, clever and engrossing, but this one was tougher to like. He was such an ass, more so than the others. I know they are outlaw bikers and it's their code but the others weren't written in such a way. Also, I liked Kimber so that helped and Throttle was redeemed eventually.

There seemed to be a lot of story threads left open and that isn't usually the case in her stories either, hence the 3 stars. I won't list any spoilers it just seems so different compared to the other books. I still recommend this series and look forward to more. Rock was a bit of an ass too but the teaser of his story is yet again different and intriguing so I will definitely read it. 😀
Kimber is a sexy, motorcycle riding, motorcycle mechanic. She is one of the best at Hawk's garage. He is the VP of the Insurgents Motorcycle Club.
Throttle is the Sergeant in Arms of the club. A total hottie and manwhore. He is never settling for one woman when he can have two or three at once.
When he goes to the garage and sees a woman working there, he goes ballistic. He is of old school thinking..a woman shouldn't be doing a mans job. Kimber was an old lady before so she knows how bikers are. But she works in a mans world and can hold her own. Throttle can't get her off his mind and has to have her. When they do get together, WOW!
But now a peeping tom has her in his sights and he is escalating to rape and murder. Can Throttle save her before he strikes again?
Awesome story. Change your panties hot. Sexy biker with a bad temper. Smart, independent mechanic. A crazy psycho. I honestly didn't like Throttle at first. He was a major a-hole but when you see a little of the softer side, makes you fall in love with him yourself. Suspense that'll keep you guessing to the end.
