I don't normally read MC romances because I can't identify with the culture. But I'm so glad I read this one! I liked that Shy stood up for herself even though she was so terrified, and tried to figure a way out of her predicament. She didn't have many options, so she went with what she knew and found a way to protect herself. A bit sad that she feels she has to offer her body as a trade-off for protection, but I loved that Muscle and Beast didn't treat her like a body to be used, especially once they realized how scared she was. They treated her like a person. I simply melted at Beast's tenderness and caring -- that gets me every time, a strong man with compassion, one who's unafraid to show it. Muscle I didn't like as much. He came across as arrogant at the beginning but later I discovered that he does have a good heart, it's just that for some inexplicable reason he seems to think he has to cover it up with macho nonsense. This is proven when both Muscle and Beast stand by Shy and speak up for her when it counts, even though at that point she hasn't told them her story. You gotta love that. I would read this again, and I'm even going to look for other MC books by this author. That's how much I loved this story.

This is an insanely hot MC romance! Shy is looking for safety and someone to protect her when she finds herself in a difficult situation where her life is in danger. She finds it in not one, but two men who she turns to for help and stays for a different reason altogether. This was an exciting read with non-stop action and adventure and I loved reading this. I highly recommend this to anyone and I look forward to more of this author and this series in the future.
This one was quick but complex. Sexy but sweet. Shy is living a life that has no color to it; she is struggling in more ways than one. Muscle and Beast, two members of the Bedlam Butchers MC (a club that has two guys in each office who share everything, including their woman) bring sexiness, protection, and color to her world.

Love this series!!! And all the three authors' books in the overall series.

Beast and Muscle are totally opposites although I enjoyed Beast's caring-ness I enjoyed the bluntness and the rawness of Muscle more, "now I know that Beast ain't cookin' this morning." Muscle drawls as he enters the kitchen. "Because the house ain't on fire. Hey there, Shy-girl." He approaches me, grabs me from behind, and squeezes my breast as he kisses my neck. "Ain't you a fine sight for morning wood. You sore?" The one thing Beast and Muscle have in common well except for Shy is the fact that they're protective of her, "She might be your sister, but I'm the only one effing her at the moment. Unless Beast wants a turn right now? His hand strokes down my back, soothing me, and it's only then that I realize my entire body is shaking like a leaf." I enjoyed this book more than I thought I would. I really liked it.
Wow! This was my first book by this author and I loved it. Cheyenne (or Shy as she was called) is a sweet, shy girl that is a sister to a member of the Bedlam Butchers MC. He's a traitor and she's afraid that he's going to kill her, so she goes to the club and hits on two enforcers so that she can be "claimed" by them. She's a virgin and offers herself up to Muscle (the good looking enforcer) without telling him that she's a virgin. He's pissed that they did it and he didn't know she was a virgin. Beast (the other enforcer who's big and scary looking) is gentle with her and helps her win over Muscle. She must belong to both men in order to be protected from her brother.In the end, she wins them both over. You see her develop in to a strong woman and she has to confront her brother in an unpleasant scene but the final claiming scene is beyond hot! It's a fast paced quick read and I can't wait to read the next one.
OMG (fans self)...these short biker erotic novellas are soo deliciously good...a guilty pleasure when you want to read a steamy bedtime story and you love biker romances.
This one is all about sweet Shy...sister of a crude and traitorous member of the Bedlam Butchers MC...and the two club enforcers she begs to claim her for protection from her brother. She has overheard something she shouldn't have and knows that her own brother would think nothing of selling her for drugs (or even killing her)...so what's a girl to do?
Why offer up her virginal self to a pair of bikers, one very handsome (Muscle) and the other scary as hell (Beast)...of course! Shy learns a fast lesson in becoming a woman and finds strength she didn't know she had along the way.
Steamy, sexy, dangerous, violent and mega-exciting...all rolled up in a fast paced quick read.
Loved it!

I'm so enjoying these Motorcycle Club books. Double Trouble is a complex story delivered in a plain wrapper. Shy is in a difficult situation. She has a complete abusive psycho of a brother who she is very afraid of. After overhearing some scary stuff, she knows that she has to leave the trailer she shares with him, so she decides to go to a party held by the Bedlam Butchers, the Club her brother belongs to. There, she decides to find a duo of bikers(the Bedlam Butchers do everything in pairs, yeah) to give herself to hoping they will keep her and protect her from her brother. You have to suspend all righteous beliefs of female empowerment - this is erotic fiction. If you can do this, the story is pretty good. Beast comes out of this story as the hero I liked best. Muscle is a gorgeous musclehead jerk who I reluctantly began to appreciate better after the way he defends Shy when she gets into trouble with the Club. The sex is hot and Shy gets two hot guys who fall for her in their own way. I say this because this isn't the most romantic MC story that I've read, but you have to buy into the rough nature of the two guys involved. Overlooking the eye-rolling parts of this story, I found it to be pretty good. In this series, Michigan and Easy are still my favorite guys.
